By placing an order online, providing the product is available this will be deemed an acceptance of your purchase of the product. If, for any reason, the product is unavailable we will inform you as soon as possible and will refund the purchase in full.

While every possible effort is taken to keep theinsideman.co.uk up to date sometimes products may not be available. If this is the case we will contact you as soon as possible and you will receive a full refund.

Payment online can be made with all major credit cards. Your details will be encrypted to add extra security. All prices include V.A.T. at 15% where applicable and are as accurate as possible. If an error does occur we will contact you as soon as possible.

You will then have the option to continue with the order or receive a full refund. Delivery costs will be detailed before payment is completed.

Where possible all orders placed Monday to Friday before 1pm will be delivered next working day to UK mainland addresses. Orders placed during the weekend will be despatched for Tuesday delivery. All goods should be delivered within 2 working days but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.

Please contact us to confirm availability and delivery time on specific items. All our deliveries are via courier and will therefore require a signature. Please specify if any alternative delivery arrangements are required. Please be aware that all activities , personalised items and those which specify make take longer for delivery. We can deliver worldwide so contact us for a quote if you would like delivery outside the U.K.

If items do not arrive by the expected delivery time please contact us and we will ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible. Please allow enough lead-time when ordering in order best to avoid any disappointment or loss caused by late arrival.

The content of the website TheInsideMan.com, the software, design, and photography unless otherwise stated is owned or licensed by The Inside Man Ltd. and should not be used for any commercial use without our express consent. Any trademarks relating to specific brands stocked by TheInsideMan.com remain the property of their respective owners and we do not make any representation over them.

TheInsideMan.com may request personal information including but not limited to: Your name, shipping address, e-mail address, credit card number and expiration date. All data is held in accordance with the 1998 Data Protection Act and our own internal security policy.

Refunds and Returns

Theinsideman.co.uk makes every effort to ensure the quality of the goods and services we provide. If however you wish to refund an item we aim to make the process as simple and as quick as possible. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights. If you wish to refund your purchase please return it within 30 days, with proof of purchase, in unused condition complete with all packaging and components. We will then refund the full price you paid for the item less postage and packaging. We will then refund the credit card used to purchase the goods as soon as possible and certainly no later than 30 days.

Certain products and services are not included in our returns policy, for example food and personalised items. These can only be returned if faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights. We make every effort to guarantee the quality of the items we dispatch but if an item is discovered to be faulty we will refund the full cost. Please return it within 30 days and we will issue the refund to the credit card used for the purchase or provide a replacement as soon as possible.
