Private preserve prevents oxidation by using the same inert gases used in the production and bottling of wine....harmless; argon, carbon dioxide and nitrogen. Using the tube supplied you simply spray the gas into your opened bottle of wine which will lay a blanket of gas on the surface of the wine preventing oxidation.
Each can is suitable for about 120 full uses. It can also be used for spirits, fine cooking oils and vinegars.
