This will last approximately 25 minutes and then you will have the chance for you and a friend to enjoy a complimentary day pass each to the health and fitness club where you can enjoy full use of facilities. Facilities vary from one location to another but generally include: swimming pool, spa pool, sauna, steam room, solarium and gym. You can even enjoy an aerobics session if this is on offer at your chosen location. Crèche facilities are available at some locations.

You do not require any qualifications to take part in this activity.

The treatment will be on a one-to-one basis with your therapist, however there will be other people utilising the health club facilities.
