Our standard delivery is £4.99 to UK mainland with the exception of the post codes below.

Some larger items where specified will be subject to a higher delivery charge.

Where possible all orders placed on Monday to Friday before 1pm will be delivered next working day before 4pm to UK mainland addresses. Orders placed over the weekend will be despatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery. All goods should be delivered within 2 working days but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.

Please contact us to confirm availability and delivery time on specific items. All our deliveries are via courier and will therefore require a signature. Please specify if any alternative delivery arrangements are required. Please be aware that all activities, personalised items and those gifts which specify may take longer for delivery. We can deliver worldwide so contact us for a quote if you would like delivery outside the U.K.

If items do not arrive by the expected delivery time please contact us and we will ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible. Please allow enough lead-time when ordering in order to best avoid any disappointment or loss caused by late arrival.

You will be sent an email when your order is despatched with a tracking number.
