High quality model reproduced in kiln dried mahogany. Carved then joined and sanded by hand each model then receives up to 35 coats of enamel to produce a distinctive deep rich finish. Finally the exceptional level of detail is hand painted onto the wooden aircraft. Each model is supplied with its own desk stand. Bris tol Bulldog MKIIA Biplane K2227 Designed by Frank S Barnwell the first MKI flew in May 1927. Single seater day/night fighter with 2 vickers machine guns. MKII version entered service with the RAF No. 3 Squadron at Upton in Wiltshire in June 1929. This aircraft flew with No. 56 Squadron.
