Babette Wasserman

Classically trained in Jewellery Design at Central St Martins College of Art, Babette Wasserman has been creating collections of exquisite jewels and cufflinks under her own label for twelve years.
Working from her studio in London's Notting Hill, Babette is recognised internationally for inventive design and a distinctive individual style.
Babette's jewellery is contemporary and highly prized, her unique touch can clearly be gleaned throughout every collection.
Constantly searching for that breath-taking creation, Babette experiments with a multitude of stones, materials, colours and forms.
Interchangeability and innovation play an important role, clever design often invites the client to reverse a double-sided necklace pendant, or to swivel a cufflink revealing a secondary colour. A restless desire to surprise and captivate pervades each jewel.
Forever brimming with original ideas, Babette Wasserman unceasingly creates ingenious and innovative designs. Reflecting her great verve for life, influences from classical film, vintage men's fashion and architectural detailing can be seen throughout her collections.
Each design possesses its own personality, exuding charm and effortless chic. Babette's diverse use of unusual materials such as lava, silk and leather enables the wearer to choose between a modern quirky look and a more traditional feel with exquisite hand-carved semi-precious stones, Swarovski crystals or enamelling.
Great thought is placed also on the back of every cufflink, either by reflecting the sculptural shape of the front, or adorning them with enamel. No part of the cufflink is ever left unturned!
Babette's artful conception of the reversible cufflink and the innovative use of inlaid steel has enabled Babette to remain at the forefront of her field, perpetually offering the wearer stylish and distinctive designs.
Three time nominee and winner of the UK Fashion Export Award in 1997 for achievements in worldwide export and business excellence, Babette Wasserman London is now sold in over 30 countries worldwide, from London to Tokyo, New York, Milan, Paris or Sydney.
